March was an awesome month for The Price Group Realtors in St Pete! With a total of over $3.7 million in sales the team pulled in at 4th in all of West Central Florida of Coldwell Banker. Some other things to note is the average days to close, new listings, and steady growth in volume of total sales. In March we sold homes on average in 50 days, added nearly twenty new listings, and have increased our sales volume by almost 2 million from January this year. We are soaring through 2017, almost doubling the amount of volume sold from 2016.

Veteran's Day at The Florida Aquarium

From all of us at The Price Group, we want to share a full, sincere thank you to all of the men and women who have served in our military. As a special thank you, we will be at Coldwell Banker’s event at the Florida Aquarium from 10-11am with a few special treats for attending veterans. The Aquarium opens at 9:30am until 5pm and will be free plus one guest for all active and retired military with ID. Additional tickets up to four will be a discounted $15. There will be raffles, family events and Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn will be there as well. We look forward to seeing you!

ST PETERSBURG, FL (October 7, 2015) – The Price Group has been recognized among the top 1% of sales associates affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida for 2014. David Price attended a gala event in Palm Beach last week to honor the top regional associates from NRT LLC, the largest residential brokerage in the U.S.* The event included more than 125 Coldwell Banker sales associates from Atlanta, Baltimore, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Washington, D.C.
